Waipu House Renovation & Extension
The owners had built a group house on the site in 2007 as a holiday home and were now wishing to move permanently to Waipu on a site that has extensive sea and countryside views.
Modello were asked to provide a design with additional accommodation including expanded living area, new master bedroom accommodation, utility space and garaging.
Shaded outdoor areas were added to the existing house around the living areas to complement its simple form and permit sheltered outdoor living.
